If you are a creative who is from, based in, or living in Ireland (both North and South) The Jumble wants to see your work! The Jumble Magazine takes submissions for:

  • Poetry
  • Short Fiction
  • Think Pieces & Interviews
  • Photography
  • Short Films
  • Music
  • Visual Art

Poetry: submit poems with short bio about yourself.

Short Fiction and opinion : keep short fiction and opinion pieces around a 3-4 page limit in size 12 standard spacing (email if your story/piece is longer to discuss options) Include a short bio about yourself.

Please ensure any written submissions have not been published elsewhere prior to submission.

Please ensure any accompanying images for writing/poetry are taken by yourself/someone you know with full permission and credit by name to the photographer. No stock images.

Interview ideas: email inquiring about interviews.

Music: email inquiring about coverage of your music.

Film: email inquiring about coverage of your film.

Art and photography: email inquiring about coverage of your art/photography.

As a contributor to The Jumble Magazine you must carry the full rights to any pieces that are submitted. This means that any work that has been used or published elsewhere (university/ exhibitions/ online publications/ print) must be submitted with information about where & when it has been used or published and full permission from the source of use/ publication/ submission for it to be submitted and published on The Jumble Magazine.

The Jumble Magazine is free to read. It is free of charge to submit, published submissions are unpaid.
